My Projects

A selection of my recent projects. I’ve made these while learning, and I'm pretty proud of them.

Project 1:
Snackhub

Description:

Snackhub is a fictional restaurant website developed with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. It features a highly customized theme, tailored post types, and custom form handling. It was developed with performance in mind and boasts high functionality, clear-cut design and ease of use.

Features:

The site includes richly populated pages with realistic filler content. It features a search bar, a modern food menu with detailed pages for each food item (built using custom post types), category-based searching and much more. It relies on minimal plugins and uses various caching techniques, resulting in fast load times. It is easily navigable and fully responsive on all devices.

Project 2:
NASA Space Gallery

Description:

The NASA Space Gallery is a full-stack web app powered by React.js and Express.js, designed to collect and present astronomical data through various NASA and Google APIs. It offers an interactive gallery, various image collections, and even its own API. This was my first full-stack project, and while it may be a little rough on the design, its functionality is solid and carefully tested.

Features:

The app supports search-based queries and features a vast gallery, picture recommendations, infinite scroll, a Picture of the Day (POTD) service, coordinate-based satellite imagery, and Mars Rover image sets. It also offers a customizable API with robust documentation.
